The Yachtcare Special Marine Epoxy Putty is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy putty designed for versatile marine applications, both above and below the waterline. It is ideal for repairing cracks, holes, and perforations, reconstructing edges or breaks, sealing and consolidating wall mounts, waterproofing leaks and porous areas, and general consolidation and bonding tasks.
- Versatile Application: Suitable for use on damp surfaces and underwater in both fresh and saltwater environments.
- Mechanical Treatment Compatibility: After curing, the putty can be sanded, drilled, and sawed, allowing for further finishing and integration into the repaired structure.
- Chemical Resistance: Resistant to organic compounds, including short-term exposure to organic solvents, ketones, alcohols, esters, seawater, diluted acids and bases, kerosene, chlorinated solutions, sulfuric acid, methanol, toluene, ammonia, and caustic soda.
