“The immediate response to my issue of ordering natural soaps was impressive, however, I noticed that after resolving my issue & ordering more soaps to show my appreciation, your company changed the website to an order minimum which forces future orders to be €25 or more...that really sucks!!! I feel like ordering more to display my appreciation only screwed myself & others from ordering less than €25, which not everyone can afford. My sister wanted to get some after seeing my soaps & that's when we noticed the order minimum being added to the website. Lame 😕”

Hi Monique. Thank you for your time in writing this review. I'd like to share a little bit of information in order to clarify this particular situation.
We are a marketplace in which we have a large number of sellers who sell their products on our website. These sellers are hand selected by our team in order to make sure we bring to our marketplace a high level of sellers and products on offer.
In your particular instance we are sorry you have had an unpleasant experience on YACHTNEEDS however, at no time have any products been set to a min order quantity by us, or our seller. This is not possible.
This particular seller no longer sells products on our marketplace. The products you ordered, received and enjoyed (as you wanted to order more) can no longer be shipped into Spain as they are cosmetics and there are laws pertaining to cosmetics in certain countries being shipped cross-borders.
We know you are happy with the products you received and in the correct time frame which is great but you're unhappy that they are no longer available on our marketplace. For this we have no control over and we are sorry to have left you in a position you can no longer order these soaps from YACHTNEEDS.
I have emailed you in the meantime offering our assistance to source these particular products for you within Spain so they are not being sent cross-borders. I have not heard back from you but we are happy to source these should you wish.
