Yachtcare Epoxy Finishing Putty is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy filler designed for repairing and finishing surfaces both above and below the waterline. It offers excellent water resistance and is suitable for use on various substrates, including polyester and epoxy laminates, wood, carbon, steel, and aluminum. The putty can be applied in layers up to 2 cm thick without shrinkage, making it ideal for filling irregularities, reinforcing corroded areas, and sealing.
- Two-Component System: Requires mixing of resin and hardener in a 2:1 ratio by volume or weight.
- Solvent-Free: Environmentally friendly formulation without harmful solvents.
- High Water Resistance: Suitable for both above and below the waterline applications.
- Versatile Application: Compatible with various materials, including polyester, epoxy, wood, carbon, steel, and aluminum.
- Layer Thickness: Can be applied in layers up to 2 cm thick without shrinkage.
- Smooth Finish: Provides a smooth, uniform surface after curing.
- Osmosis Resistance: Offers excellent resistance to osmosis when applied at a thickness of 0.5 mm.
