Oceanside Distillers began its journey in 2016, initially as a school project aimed at producing alcohol for alternative fuel. This led to the establishment of a licensed distillery, officially starting production in 2018 with the first barrel of Steinmetz Sipping Bourbon. The distillery has since gained recognition for its quality, winning multiple awards, including double gold medals from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for its Sipping Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, and Rum, along with a silver for its Gin. Oceanside Distillers is dedicated to excellence and innovation in distilling, offering a range of handcrafted spirits that reflect their commitment to quality.
