Mallorca Distillery

Founded in 2018 by Byron and Amber Holland, Mallorca Distillery is the first organic craft distillery in Palma de Mallorca. The distillery utilizes a bespoke 500-litre copper pot still to create award-winning spirits, including Palma Gin, which is made with a unique blend of 15 locally foraged and organic botanicals. The founders recognized a gap in the market for premium craft spirits and have since dedicated themselves to capturing the essence of Mallorca in every bottle. The distillery emphasizes quality and sustainability, using organic inks for their labels and ensuring environmentally friendly practices. Their product range includes Palma Gin, Palma Vodka, and Palma Spiced Gin, all reflecting the rich flavors and aromas of the Mediterranean island.
