LADY PIE

LADY PIE was founded by Susan Usher in early 2004 in Phuket, starting as a home-based business to create authentic Aussie pies. After the December 2004 tsunami, Susan quickly resumed production and expanded the business, moving into a factory certified by the Thai FDA by late 2007. Today, LADY PIE offers a wide range of gourmet pies, quiches, and baked goods, serving both retail customers at their Cherng Talay location and wholesale clients including supermarkets and restaurants across Thailand. The bakery is known for its commitment to quality, using fresh ingredients without preservatives. LADY PIE has also participated in significant events, such as supplying thousands of pies for the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens.
