Cantiere Mimì
Design, New Build & Project Delivery >> New Build Shipyards
Cantiere Mimì, established in Naples in 1975, specializes in the production of traditional gozzi boats, combining craftsmanship with modern technology.
Cantiere Mimì was founded in Naples in 1975 by the Senese family, driven by a passion for the sea. Salvatore Senese, the founder, remains actively involved in the shipyard, which began with the production of small boats like a 4.6-meter gozzo and a fiberglass launch. As the customer base grew, the family business expanded, establishing a network of dealers and collaborating with top engineers, allowing the brand to reach international markets. The company is now led by Domenico Senese, who focuses on product refinement through a blend of experience and innovation. Cantiere Mimì produces traditional-style gozzi using modern technologies and high-quality materials, including hand-curved solid teak. Their boats are designed in 3D and manufactured using advanced 7-axis CNC milling. The infusion process used in production enhances safety and environmental performance, resulting in lightweight, high-quality composite materials. Cantiere Mimì continues to uphold its legacy while adapting to the needs of experienced boaters.
