The Sika Foundation Mortar – Grey – 25 kg is a waterproofing mortar developed by Sika specifically designed for the durable protection of foundations and buried or semi-buried walls. It is intended to enhance the watertightness of structures while contributing to the energy efficiency of the building by limiting water infiltration and unwanted air leaks through the masonry.
This mortar is perfectly suited for waterproofing foundation walls, basements, as well as supports made of concrete blocks or hollow blocks. It can be applied directly to the masonry without complex prior treatment and is also suitable for indoor use in uninhabitable spaces such as garages, cellars, or basements.
The Sika Foundation Mortar offers excellent adhesion to the substrate and forms a waterproof barrier against water, ensuring effective protection against humidity and rising damp. Its grey cement shade allows for discreet and uniform integration on masonry structures.
Thanks to its rapid hardening, this mortar allows for quick and secure backfilling, optimising the progress of the site while ensuring immediate protection of the treated walls.
