Waterproofing and foundation protection coating - SIKA Igol Foundation - Black - 25 L is a solvent-based bitumen tar oil solution suitable for use on trowelled render or concrete. It forms a continuous and homogeneous film sealing the openings of the capillary channels in the concrete andthus provides long-lasting protection against water infiltration.

- Prevents moisture infiltration in walls and avoids the formation of efflorescence

- Drying time: minimum 10 hours between 2 coats / 24 to 48 hours minimum after the last coat.
- Consumption: Apply in 2 or 3 coats on trowelled render: 0.150 litre per m² per coat./ on raw concrete: from 0.150 to 0.200 litre per m² per coat depending on the roughness of the concrete
