The SIKA water repellent - Sikagard-223 Roof Protector - 20L is a colourless water-based water repellent impregnation based on silane/siloxane. It has a high water-repellent power that improves the resistance of tiles to rainwater penetration. The treatment is colourless after drying and limits the adhesion of moss, lichens, and dust. It is possible to cover the product with a special roof paint.
