This Sikagard-213 satin finish floor sealer is a water-repellent and oil-repellent impregnation for porous floors and a hardener for joints between paving stones. It comes as a ready-to-use water-based resin that is UV resistant and particularly suitable for areas with high pedestrian traffic or moderate vehicle traffic: commercial areas, pavements, car parks, service stations, patios, terraces... It is also an excellent stabiliser for sand joints in paving stones, penetrating deeply into the joint, promoting the stability of the paving stones, and protecting them from infiltration. This sealer effectively waterproofs porous substrates and protects against the penetration of water, oil, and most stains (grease, dirt...).
