The SIKA water repellent - Sikagard-212 Satin Floor Protector - 20L is a ready-to-use water-based resin that is UV resistant. This product effectively waterproofs porous substrates and protects against the penetration of water, oil, and most stains (grease, dirt, etc.). It also acts as an effective binder when used on sand joints. It penetrates deeply into the joint, helps keep the paving stones in place, and protects them from infiltration. It is suitable for surfaces made of concrete, stone, paving, etc. Ideal for pedestrian areas, areas exposed to vehicle traffic, parking lots, terraces, balconies, pavements, etc.
