This Sikaflex 708 Construction sealant is designed for expansion joints and sealing of concrete and masonry facades. It is suitable for concrete and masonry facade elements, heavy or light prefabricated elements, pre-wall joints, as well as SIFE facades (Facade Insulation Systems with Coating). It can be used both indoors and outdoors, offering easy application and smoothing. The sealant has good weather resistance, aging resistance, and good mechanical strength.
For joints with movement, the width must be at least 8 mm and must not exceed 40 mm. For joints without movement, such as internal connection joints, the joint width can be less than 8 mm.
