The Sikaflex®-522 Caravan hybrid sealant adhesive – Black – 300 ml is a high-performance adhesive sealant developed by Sika specifically designed for leisure vehicles such as motorhomes, camper vans, and caravans. Versatile, it ensures both bonding and sealing of added equipment even between materials of different natures.
Thanks to its advanced formulation, the Sikaflex®-522 Caravan offers excellent resistance to moisture, weathering, and UV rays, ensuring long-lasting durability. It effectively compensates for deformations related to vibrations, expansions, and repeated movements without creeping, making it ideal for highly stressed areas.
It adheres without a primer to a wide variety of substrates such as wood, metals, paints, polyester, ceramics, lacquers, and other materials commonly used in the fitting out of leisure vehicles. Its texture does not run after application, even on vertical surfaces, allowing for clean and precise work.
Easy to apply, including for non-professionals, this adhesive sealant is perfectly suited for maintenance, repair, or replacement work as well as for new fitting out projects. It allows for a neat finish without specialized equipment.
The Sikaflex®-522 Caravan is particularly recommended for:
the bonding and sealing of roof lights, vents, chimneys, solar panels, rails, and exterior accessories;
the creation of flexible joints between different materials on bodies and walls;
the treatment of cable, pipe, or tube penetrations;
