The Sika Remover-208 is a solvent-based cleaning agent developed by Sika specifically designed for the pre-cleaning of heavily soiled non-porous surfaces. Colourless and transparent, it is particularly suitable for painted surfaces and many plastics without altering the materials when used according to the recommendations.
With a high cleaning power, the Sika Remover-208 effectively removes stubborn dirt, industrial residues, as well as uncured remains of Sikaflex adhesives and sealants. It is also used for cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring clean surfaces before any bonding operation.
This product is ideal for the pre-treatment of painted surfaces before bonding to optimise adhesion for the removal of uncured adhesives, mastics, and silicones, for cleaning very dirty non-porous surfaces, and for maintaining application tools and equipment.
