TheSIKA SikaSeal-182 Express 1h Quick-Drying Silicone Sealant - Transparent - 300mlis ideal for sanitary applications as it is resistant to fungi and mould and dries very quickly in 1 hour. Easily create joints between tiles and sanitary fixtures: sinks, bathtubs, shower trays, and basins. This product can be exposed to water after 1 hour of curing at temperatures between +23°C and +30°C and approximately 50% humidity.
The surface must be clean and dry. All elements, even those with low adhesion like paint, must be removed beforehand.
- Remove all old sealants
- Dust and degrease the surface with a clean cloth slightly moistened with methylated spirits or acetone
- Allow to dry for at least 15 minutes
- Apply the sealant
- Quick drying in 1 hour
- Waterproof and water-resistant
