This product helps improve the resistance to cracking due to plastic shrinkage of concrete, thus reducing the risk of early cracking and can replace, depending on the dosage, anti-cracking mesh (PAF) ormicrosynthetic polypropylene fibres. Furthermore, they are eco-friendly as they are made from clean cellulose obtained from wood processing. This is why they can be an alternative to the use of industrial or metallurgical materials as a treatment against early-age cracking of concrete.Thanks to their fineness, the fibres disperse very easily, thus limiting crazing and cracking due to plastic shrinkage, improving cohesion in the fresh state by limiting the risks of segregation and bleeding, and increasing impact resistance.
