SUPPORT ARM FOR ELECTRIC OUTBOARD MOTORS If you want to install a motor on your kayak, you will need a mount that fits well on the canoe-kayak. Installing a motor on your kayak will allow you to stay out longer, explore new waters, fish more, or simply return effortlessly at the end of a tiring day on the water or when the weather turns bad and you need an extra push to get back. The support arm for electric outboard motors is extremely easy to install on your kayak.
- Place the arm in the special notch at the back of the kayak.
- Place the "plates" at the points of the outrigger
- Screw in, with the included screws, enough to tighten.
- We recommend placing some rubber object (like a mouse pad) between the arm and the plates to achieve a safer grip when the weight of the electric motor is added.
