This SADER neoprene contact adhesive - Immediate setting - 125ml is an adhesive that allows for the assembly of most materials on all surfaces indoors as well as outdoors under shelter: wood and laminate, rubber, leather and faux leather, cork, rigid plastic on flat surfaces only, and metal. Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and expanded or extruded polystyrene.
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, dust-free, and degreased. Smooth surfaces should be roughened by sanding.
- Apply the adhesive in a thin, even layer on both surfaces using a brush
- Allow the solvents to evaporate
- Wait 10 minutes before assembling
- As soon as the adhesive is no longer tacky to the touch, assemble by pressing firmly
- Immediate and permanent setting
- High tear resistance
- Heat resistant up to 110°C
- Moisture resistant
- Waiting time before assembly depending on temperature:
- 10 min. at +20°C
- 20 min. at +15°C
- Minimum operating temperature: +10°C
- Maximum strength after 24 hours
- Consumption: 150 ml / m² on each side depending on the substrates
- Storage: 18 months in its original unopened packaging, to be stored in a cool, dry place away from frost
