This type of cable is most commonly used with computers, televisions and projectors. Its worth noting that you cant use a DVI-D cable with DVI-A devices as DVI-D cables wont carry an analogue signal. The cable assembly is housed in a sturdy PVC sheath that insulates and protects it, complete with foil shielding to increase durability. Its five metres long, has an outer diameter of 6 mm and contains size 30 AWG wires.
