It allows a bandwidth of 500MHz, memory depth up to 50MS and sampling rate up to 5GS/s. The input signal voltage required to operate this oscilloscope is 300V. This oscilloscope has LCD TFT, touch display of 7 in with a resolution of 800x480 pixel. The analogue to digital converter resolution is 10 bit. It has four channels. The oscilloscope has isolated channels for power signal measurements up to CAT IV 600V.
