UtiliProtect Product Description
UtiliProtect is a 3-component resin specially designed for coating the floors of your vehicles.
It provides wear-resistant protection, anti-slip properties, and waterproofing.
This coating can be applied to a wide range of materials such as steel, aluminium, chipboard, etc. BUT DO NOT apply to bakelised wood floors!
Ideal Application and Storage Conditions
- Ambient temperature: 10°C to 35°C
- Substrate temperature: 10°C to 25°C
- Humidity: 75% maximum
- Storage: Store in unopened packaging at an ambient temperature of between 10°C and 25°C. 24 hours before applying the kit, it should be stored in the same work area as the floor so that the product and substrate have identical temperatures.
- Shelf life: 12 months
Packaging Available
- 2 to 2.5 m² kit: 8.3 kg (4.16 kg resin + 0.84 kg hardener + 3.3 kg of EPDM and quartz)
- 4 to 5 m² kit: 16.6 kg (8.32 kg resin + 1.68 kg hardener + 6.6 kg of EPDM and quartz)
Advantages
- Resistant protection: the coating protects against everyday wear and abrasion.
- Anti-slip: Ensures safety when transporting goods thanks to EPDM and quartz granules that reduce the risk of slipping.
- Waterproof: In the event of exposure to water or moisture, UtiliProtect will maintain optimum protection.
