Product Description
Hardener 205 is used in most situations to achieve a fast cure that produces an epoxy with rapid physical properties.
It is useful for bonding, and at lower temperatures.
When mixed with 105 resin, at a ratio of 5:1 (resin:hardener), the cured resin/hardener mixture produces a rigid, high-strength solid with excellent cohesive properties and outstanding water vapor barrier with excellent bonding and coating properties.
Technical Specifications
- Pot life at 25°C: 10 to 15 minutes
- Cure to solid at 21°C: 5 to 7 hours
- Curing to full strength at 21°C: 5 to 7 days
- Minimum recommended working temperature: 5°C
Dosing and Mixing Instructions
Dosing: The mini-pumps allow you to pour the exact proportions of resin and hardener. In order to have the correct proportions, it is sufficient to make one pressure of resin for one pressure of hardener.
Mixing: Mix the resin and hardener for two minutes or longer at low temperatures. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the pot when mixing.
