The Nautical Coosa range panels are made of polyurethane foam filled with fibreglass. They are available in 2 densities: 240/kg³ and 416kg/m³ for a standard size of 2438 x 1219 mm.

Nautical 15

• Lightweight panel ideal for creating structural elements where weight is a crucial factor.
• It is the most economical solution in the Coosa nautical range.
• Density: 15 pounds per cubic foot.
• At least 61% lighter than plywood.
• Density: 240kg / m³
• Available thicknesses: 12.7 to 50.8 mm
• Generally used as a filler material or low-stress semi-structural component.

Nautical 20

• Used for making cross members / studs, decks, or vertical walls.
• Density: 20 pounds per cubic foot.
• At least 45% lighter than plywood.
• Density: 320kg / m³
• Available thicknesses: 6.35 to 50.8 mm
• Generally used as a semi-structural element or as a stiffener.
