The ONE KIT
The ONE KIT includes ONE resin and Entropy Resins' ONS (Slow) or ONF (Fast) Hardener, designed for general laminating, bonding and coating applications.
This resin is USDA BioPreferred® certified, with a 30% biobase content. It's the ideal choice for fiber-reinforced composites thanks to its low viscosity and excellent debulking properties.
Choice of Hardeners
The kit can be combined with one of two hardeners, depending on your needs:
- ONS (Slow) hardener: Working time 43 minutes at 25°C.
- ONF (Fast) hardener: 43-minute working time at 25°C. Ideal for applications requiring rapid polymerization.
Fields of Application
- Wood
- General laminating work
- Coating
- Bonding
- Manual layering, etc.
Key Benefits
- Versatility: Adapts to a wide range of applications.
- Low viscosity and debulking: Results in a bubble-free and smooth finish. Allows for uniform application.
- Eco-friendly: Developed with Super Sap technology from renewable raw materials sourced from co-products or waste from other industrial processes, Entropy Resins' ONE epoxy resin contains 30% bio-based components and is certified by the USDA Certified BioBased Product label.

Application Advice
- Make the mixing ratio of the two components based on the recommended weights.
- Mix the product for at least two minutes, scraping all surfaces of the container to ensure complete mixing.
- Use products in a controlled environment; avoid high humidity and low temperatures.
- To ensure good adhesion, epoxy bonding surfaces must be clean, dry and sanded.
- Carry out preliminary tests with the materials and processes under consideration to understand the curing characteristics of epoxy in your working environment.
Worth Knowing
During polymerization, an amine film may appear on the surface, giving it a sticky, oily or waxy appearance. It can also reduce adhesion and hinder sanding. To remove it, use WEST SYSTEM's cleaner.
