The PFERD RBU 40/09 Stainless Steel Wire Wheel Brush is designed for versatile applications, including cleaning, derusting, smoothing, polishing weld seams, light deburring, and removing corrosion and paint. This brush is particularly effective on stainless steel (INOX) surfaces, utilizing wire quality 1.4310 (V2A) to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and optimal tool life. All PFERD brushes with INOX filaments are color-coded in blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), such as V4A. The wire quality 1.4310 tends to become ferromagnetic when cold-hardened, meaning it can be attracted to magnets. This change in structure does not affect the quality or corrosion resistance of the INOX filament, which remains resistant to corrosion. Stainless steel wire (INOX) withstands temperatures up to 450 °C.
