The PFERD Round Brush with Shaft, Unknotted, RBU 2004/6 INOX 0.20, is designed for versatile applications including cleaning, derusting, smoothing, weld seam cleaning, light deburring, and the removal of corrosion and paint. This brush is particularly effective on stainless steel (INOX) surfaces, utilizing wire quality 1.4310 (V2A) for enhanced corrosion resistance and optimal service life. The wire material is stainless steel (INOX), which can withstand temperatures up to 450°C. The brush features a shaft diameter of 6 mm and is suitable for use with tool drives of at least 300 watts. The recommended operating speed ranges from 8,000 to 13,000 RPM, with a maximum permissible speed of 20,000 RPM. The brush dimensions are as follows:

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use a tool drive with at least 300 watts. The brush is suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), including V4A. Please note that the wire quality 1.4310 tends to behave ferromagnetically when cold-hardened, i.e., it is attracted to magnets. This has no influence on the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX trim; it retains its corrosion-resistant properties.
