It features a 70 mm external diameter, 15 mm width, and a 6 mm shank diameter. The brush is equipped with 0.15 mm stainless steel (INOX) wire filaments, each 19 mm in length, and has a total length of 50 mm. It operates optimally between 6,000 and 9,800 RPM, with a maximum speed of 15,000 RPM. The brush is suitable for use on materials such as aluminum, bronze, cobalt-based alloys, hard non-ferrous metals, high-temperature-resistant materials, nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel and Hastelloy), nickel or titanium-based superalloys, other non-ferrous metals, soft titanium alloys (tensile strength up to 500 N/mm²), stainless steel (INOX), titanium, and titanium alloys. The brush is degreased to prevent leaving oil residues on the workpiece and is color-coded in blue to indicate its suitability for stainless steel applications.
