The PFERD Crimped Bevel Brush KBU 70x10 mm is designed for medium-duty brushing tasks such as deburring, cleaning, and derusting. It features a 70 mm external diameter, 10 mm width, and a 6 mm shank diameter, making it compatible with various power tools. The brush is equipped with 0.2 mm stainless steel (INOX) wire filaments, each 15 mm in length, providing flexibility and durability. The wire quality 1.4310 (V2A) ensures excellent corrosion resistance and optimal tool life. Suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), including V4A, the brush operates at a maximum speed of 15,000 RPM, with optimal performance between 6,000 and 9,800 RPM. It is color-coded in blue to indicate its suitability for stainless steel applications. The brush is degreased to prevent oil residue on the workpiece and is highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the workpiece contour. It provides access to hard-to-reach areas such as inner edges, grooves, and keyways, creating fine surfaces. The stainless steel wire withstands temperatures up to 450 °C.
