The Petzl OSCILLANTE Pulley is an ultra-lightweight emergency pulley designed for use in crevasse rescue systems and improvised hauling systems. Its innovative swinging side plates allow for quick and easy installation, even when wearing gloves. The pulley features a nylon sheave mounted on self-lubricating bushings, providing a sheave diameter of 25 mm and an efficiency of 71%. The aluminum side plates offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. It is compatible with ropes ranging from 7 to 11 mm in diameter. The working load is 4 kN (2 kN on a single strand), with a breaking strength of 15 kN. The product is CE certified under EN 12278 and UIAA standards. It weighs 42 grams and is manufactured in France.
