The Petzl GRILLON MGO Adjustable Work Positioning Lanyard is designed to enhance work positioning systems, complementing fall-arrest setups. Its length can be easily and precisely adjusted to ensure comfortable positioning at the work station. The lanyard features an MGO connector with a large gate opening, ideal for connecting to metal structures or large-diameter cables and bars. It is available in two lengths: 2 meters and 3 meters, and is certified to North American and European standards.
- Adjustable Length: The fine adjustment system allows for precise length modification, ensuring comfortable positioning at the work station.
- Dual Mode Usage:
- Single Mode: Used on the harness ventral attachment point when the anchor is located above the user, distributing the load between the belt and leg loops. Length is adjusted by operating the handle while holding the free end of the lanyard.
- Double Mode: Used on the harness side attachment points when the user works with weight on their feet, ensuring better load distribution on the belt. Length is adjusted by pressing on the pivoting cam.
- Protective Sheath: Sewn terminations on both ends with a plastic sheath hold the connector in place and protect the rope from abrasion. The protective sheath can be removed for single mode use to bring the user closer to the anchor.
- MGO Connector: Equipped with an MGO connector featuring a very large gate opening, suitable for connection to metal structures or large-diameter cables and bars.
