Light ice axe with a curved profile, designed for classic mountaineering and glacier hiking. Materials: blade and pick made of tempered steel, handle made of 7075 aluminium with anodised finish and tempered stainless steel tip. Curved handle at the top providing good release resistance in climbing. Straight lower part ensuring effective penetration in snow. 3 mm serrated blade tip, ensuring good anchoring quality in hard snow and ice. Thicker blade in the centre to enhance grip in soft snow. Teeth on the upper part of the blade reinforcing the hold of the ice axe in piolet-rampe use. Robust tip. Resistant pick offering a comfortable support surface and allowing for effective step cutting. Angled pick to correctly guide the ice axe in the snow. Head and tip equipped with holes for carabiner or strap. Machined handle providing better grip in hand. Ice axe compatible with the Linkin leash (ref. PV35). Weight: 380 g at 59 cm. Available lengths: 52, 59, and 66 cm.
