It will create a bonding bridge on your smooth or closed substrates. It helps to harden and improve the surface condition. Additionally, it prevents the formation of bubbles in the levelling compound. A multi-substrate product, it adapts to both old and new surfaces. Indeed, it can be applied to cement screeds, concrete, as well as old tiles or sanded old paints.
