The 143 Lankosol from Parexlanko — a brand of the Sika group — is the reference self-levelling mortar for leveling interior and exterior floors with significant thickness. While the 133 Lankosol Mince is aimed at thin screeds of 3 to 10 mm, the 143 Lankosol extends its range of intervention up to 50 mm, covering the most significant flatness defects from simple surface irregularities to pronounced false levels that require substantial correction.
Its formulation, combining hydraulic binders, mineral fillers, and special additives, gives it its self-levelling and self-placing properties. Poured onto the substrate, the mortar spreads naturally and positions itself without requiring intensive mechanical work, simplifying the implementation even on large surfaces. The 143 Lankosol is also pumpable with or without filler for large-scale projects requiring a sustained execution pace.
The application is available in two modes depending on the required thickness. Without filler, between 3 and 20 mm, the 25 kg bag is simply mixed with 4 to 4.5 litres of clean water. Beyond 20 mm and up to 50 mm, 5 litres of dry silica sand of type GS20 (granulometry 0.6 / 1.2 mm) are incorporated into the mix to obtain a filled mortar with maintained mechanical performance. Its formulation also allows for the creation of slopes up to 2%, making it suitable for exterior floors requiring water drainage.
Compliant with the NF EN 13813 standard, the 143 Lankosol has an F5 classification in flexural strength and C20 in compressive strength, making it a robust product suitable for interior floors classified P3 at most and for common exterior uses: balconies, terraces, private garages (excluding collective parking), and other living spaces. It is certified QB CSTB for thicknesses of 8 to 40 mm.
Once dry, the 143 Lankosol can remain bare — it presents a uniform grey shade — or receive a very wide range of floor coverings: tiles, parquet, carpet, flexible PVC flooring, or epoxy, polyurethane, or acrylic floor paints. It is compatible with classic substrates — raw concrete slabs, screeds applied or incorporated, prefabricated elements, collaborating floors — as well as with low-temperature water underfloor heating. Pedestrian traffic is possible after about 6 hours, and light vehicle traffic is allowed after 72 hours.
- High thickness 3 to 50 mm without and with filler: a single reference to correct all levels of defects from light irregularities to significant false levels.
- Self-levelling and self-placing: spreads and positions naturally after pouring, simplifying implementation and reducing physical effort even on large surfaces.
- Pumpable with or without filler for large projects allowing for rapid and continuous application on significant surfaces.
- High mechanical resistance: F5 classification in flexion and C20 in compression compliant with NF EN 13813 certified QB CSTB from 8 to 40 mm — suitable for interior P3 and exterior uses.
- Creation of slopes up to 2%: ideal for exterior floors (balconies, terraces) requiring effective water drainage.
- Quick opening to traffic: pedestrian after about 6 hours, light vehicle at 72 hours depending on ambient temperature.
- Compatible with low-temperature water underfloor heating and a wide range of finishing coverings: tiles, parquet, carpet, flexible flooring, floor paint.
