Product Description
Super aggressive abrasive paste capable of removing very quickly the marks produced by a sanding process with P600 - 800 grit, depending on the hardness of the resin, including the "snails" resulting from a work with a roto - orbital sander. It is usually applied on molds and hulls. It removes scratches without leaving halos or greasy veils. NW1 paste has a fast and effective polishing action that provides long lasting cleanliness and depth. It is particularly appreciated because it allows a fast removal of imperfections and an optimal polishing in a single step without overheating the surface. Water based product with low VOC emission, not hazardous to health and environment.
Recommended Application
To be applied with a disc provided with a wool or hard consistency foam cap.
Indications for Application with Disc
- Deposit with a spatula or brush a small amount of product on the gelcoat.
- Work with the disc at low speed spreading with circular and homogeneous movements.
- If necessary, insist until removing streaks and dirt from the gelcoat.
- Then increase the speed until a perfectly shiny surface is obtained.
