Abrasive paste capable of removing very quickly the marks produced by a sanding process with P800 - 1000 grit, depending on the hardness of the resin, including the "snails" resulting from a work with a roto - orbital sander. It is usually applied on molds and hulls. It removes scratches without leaving halos or greasy veils. NW6 paste has a fast and effective polishing action that provides long - lasting cleanliness and depth and is particularly appreciated for its rapid removal of imperfections and optimum polishing in a single step without overheating the surface. Water - based product with low VOC emission, not hazardous to health and environment.
Recommended Application
To be applied with a disc equipped with a wool or foam pad of hard consistency.
Indications for Application with Disc
- Deposit with a spatula or brush a small amount of product on the gelcoat.
- Work with the disc at low speed spreading with circular and homogeneous movements.
- If necessary, insist until removing streaks and dirt from the gelcoat.
- Then increase the speed until a perfectly shiny surface is obtained.
