The NieRuf Safety Valve (Model SV03) is an angle-type safety valve designed for neutral liquid media. It features a 1 1/2" male (m) x 2" female (fm) BSP thread connection. Constructed from gunmetal, it utilizes NBR seals and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +130°C. The valve offers a set pressure range from 0.5 to 25.0 bar, with higher pressures possible in the PTFE version. It includes a twist-type lifting mechanism and complies with TÜV = F 666 / EG = L standards, as well as EN ISO 4126-1, VdTÜV-leaflet 100, and AD2000-A2 requirements. The installation position is vertical with the spring bonnet upwards. Additionally, it has a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 3 and is suitable for neutral media without counter pressure.
