Designed for climbing, mountaineering and ski touring, the METEOR 6 Petzl helmet is lightweight, compact and features excellent ventilation providing a comfortable fit, in summer as well as in winter for summer mountaineering and ice climbing... The covering design offers enhanced protection over the entire head, benefiting from Petzl's TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION label. The METEOR 6 PETZL helmet is the first CE certified ski touring helmet. The optimal integration of a ski mask or visor makes it a helmet with a neat style, optimized for ski touring. This helmet does not meet the requirements of the alpine skiing helmet standard EN 1077.
