Megger DET4TD2 Earth & Ground Resistance Tester KitThe Megger earth and ground resistance tester kit is a four-terminal ground resistance tester that measures earth ground resistance, soil resistivity and ground voltage to evaluate the safety and integrity of electrical systems. The tester is offered a choice of 2, 3, or 4 pole ground resistance testing. It has a maximum resistance input of 20, 000ohms for testing the resistivity of a range of different soil types. This ground resistance tester is designed for simple operation and outdoor use. This tester measures resistance from 0.01OHMS to 20kOHMS and rejects noise up to 40V peak to peak. A variety of probes, clamps and leads can be used to connect the meter to a circuit or device. Single-function meters such as battery testers and voltage testers measure one property of a circuit and multimeters measure multiple properties. The DET4TR2 operates on eight 1.5V alkaline AA batteries.
