The Sikasil SG-20 is a one-component neutral curing structural silicone adhesive developed by Sika. It combines high mechanical strength with very high elongation, allowing it to meet the requirements of structural bonding subjected to significant stresses.
Specifically formulated for glazing bonding, this silicone sealant is intended for VEC (Bonded Exterior Glazing) applications, bonding solar modules, as well as various industrial applications requiring a durable and secure fixation. Its neutral curing ensures excellent compatibility with sensitive substrates.
The Sikasil SG-20 exhibits remarkable adhesion on a wide variety of materials, including glass, raw or coated metals, numerous plastics, and wood. It is also recommended for organic glazing, providing a reliable solution for specific technical assemblies.
