The MARES Dual 15X underwater diving regulator is balanced, making it comfortable while remaining simple and lightweight with a mass of 1085 g in DIN. The DUAL 15X MARES is the ideal regulator as a first purchase for beginner divers as well as for independent divers. With its balanced membrane first stage 15X, it is a reliable and economical choice.
The 15X first stage has a DFC outlet and pre-oriented outlets, making it perfect for an octopus configuration as well. Very compact and with a sandblasted finish. The balanced diaphragm first stage DIN300 weighs 606 g.
The Dual second stage is made of ultra-light technopolymer, significantly reducing its weight (it weighs only 182 g). It features a pneumatic assist design (VAD) that ensures a high airflow rate. Equipped with a Superflex braided hose.
VAD System (Vortex Assisted Design)
The bypass tube sends air to the mouthpiece, creating a vortex with a low-pressure area at the centre, which keeps the membrane pressed down during inhalation, providing very sensitive and easy breathing at all depths.
Ultra-light technopolymer
Resistant to abrasion and affordably priced, it is ideal for diving in warm and temperate waters.
Superflex hose
Extremely lightweight and exceptionally flexible, ensuring maximum freedom of movement.
Dynamic Flow Control DFC
Minimises the intermediate pressure drop during inhalation, thus maximising the arrival of gas mixture, especially in extreme conditions.
