VHF Fixed IC-M423GE with GPS

The IC-M423Ge is a new compact fixed VHF that offers new features compared to the IC-M423. an integrated GNSS GPS receiver, a white background LCD screen, new laser-cut keys, white background key backlighting as well, and a new handheld microphone!
You will find the noise reduction function, dual and triple watch, AquaQuake™ function for water ejection, IPX7 front waterproofing, private channels, etc. . To meet all needs, it can also be used with an optional remote station (HM-195 series). The IC-M423G is the ideal choice for "open" boats and other rigid inflatables.
Integrated GPS receiver
Equipped with a high-performance GNSS receiver (GPS, GLONASS, SBAS), the Icom IC-M423GE comes with an external GPS antenna as standard.
This feature is particularly interesting for Open boats, where the antenna will have an unobstructed view of the GPS constellation.
New very intuitive user interface
Easy handling avoiding the need to consult the user manual. Directional pad and contextual function key for intuitive operation. High-definition screen with matrix display allowing great visibility of information.
Active noise reduction
A brand new digital processor reduces background noise in both communication directions by up to 90% (20 dB) to ensure an ideal link in all circumstances (wind, engine noise, etc.).
IPX7 waterproofing and AquaQuake™
Designed to withstand the most extreme marine environments, the front of the IC-M423G is waterproof to seawater and rain to IPX7 standard (1 m deep for 30 minutes). The AquaQuake™ function allows water ejection through infrasound, to "dry" the microphone and speaker.
Fog horn and 10 W bridge amplifier
When paired with an optional loudspeaker, the IC-M423G allows for an automatic fog horn and a bridge amplifier with an audio power of 10 W.
