The Hanna Instruments HI98509 Checktemp® 1 pocket digital thermometer is a high-accuracy thermometer with a 1m long flexible silicone cable connecting the meter and the stainless steel probe. The sharp-tipped penetration probe easily lances semi-solid products such as fruits, vegetables and cheeses. This makes routine controls fast and simple for incoming and outgoing goods.
