Made with titanium and aluminium, this new Guilbert Express range of titanium piezo burners does away with the need for professional roofers to use an external ignition source.
The burner can be lit with a single press on its piezo ignition. In addition to being handy for the user, this Express innovation increases work-site safety: easier ignition means it is no longer necessary for roofers to keep the tool in "pilot burner" mode, which has frequently been a source of fire outbreaks in the past.
This 100TP burner is part of a wide range with power from 50 to 150 kW, covering practically all situations encountered in conventional roofing jobs.
Providing 102 kW of power at 4 bar, and weighing just 140 g, this product is part of Guilbert Express' efforts to develop product solutions that reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) among roofing professionals.
