Epifanes Classic Mahogany Stain is a quick-drying, impregnating stain formulated specifically for bare mahogany and other marine woods. It provides a warm, rich reddish-brown mahogany color, enhancing the natural beauty of the wood. Depending on the desired intensity, up to three coats can be applied on bare wood. The stain is recoatable with all Epifanes one-component and two-component varnishes. Additionally, it can be mixed (up to 10%) with Epifanes varnishes to create a lightly tinted finish that camouflages color differences in existing systems.

- Application Conditions: Temperature between 10°C and 30°C (50°F and 85°F); avoid staining in direct sunlight or hot conditions
- Surface Preparation: Clean wood and sand with 180 to 220 grit sandpaper. Degrease surface thoroughly with Epifanes Spray Thinner for Paint & Varnish or other suitable degreaser and allow to dry thoroughly; do not use water.
