The compactly designed DrySeal stuffing box installs easily and quickly. The internal seal designed for marine use is held in place by a two-part plate and secured to the outer polymer body. This keeps the seal in constant contact with the shaft to prevent the ingress and/or egress of water. A new seal can be installed without the need to disassemble the unit or the shaft. Also an excellent stuffing box for the rudder.
