- Make sure to clean your hands with soap and water or use a hand sanitiser before taking a mask from its box.
- Take a mask and hold it in front of you with the blue side facing out and the nose strip facing up.
- Adjust the top part of the mask over your nose and properly shape the nose strip.
- While holding the nose strip between two fingers, stretch the mask to cover your chin with the other hand.
- Keeping the nose strip in place, loop the elastic bands behind your ears.
- Ensure the mask fits well to the shape of your face by adjusting it under your chin and over your nose.
- Once the mask is correctly positioned, avoid touching it.
- Replace your mask whenever you change activities or if it becomes damp or dirty.
- To remove it, grasp it by one of the elastic loops and dispose of it in a suitable bin.
