The 15 mm tempered carbon steel cooking plate can reach up to 400 °C at the centre. This controlled temperature allows for precise cooking of meats, fish, vegetables, or sauces. The differentiated heat zones enable progressive cooking tailored to each food item.

Made from thermolacquered Corten steel, the structure offers exceptional resistance to outdoor conditions. The removable stainless steel inner bowl protects the structure from flames while ensuring hygiene and longevity.
