TheSikagard-1127 Stop All in One Evolution Cleaner and DegreaserfromSikais a biosourced enzymatic solution designed to effectively eliminate green, red, and certain black biological stains from pollution. Its natural enzyme-based technology allows for deep cleaning while limiting the reappearance of microorganisms responsible for soiling.
Ready to use and without rinsing, this treatment can be used on roofs, facades, or terraces. It acts gradually to remove biological deposits while preserving the substrates, making it an ideal solution for the sustainable maintenance of outdoor surfaces.
Its responsible formulation excludes quaternary ammonium, bleach, and hydrogen peroxide. The product is biodegradable according to OECD 302B and biosourced at 55% in accordance with EN 16640, thus offering a more environmentally friendly alternative. It is compatible with rainwater collectors without the need for disconnection, and rainwater can be collected from the first precipitation after application.
Versatile, the Sikagard-1127 can be applied to both horizontal and vertical surfaces and is suitable for many substrates: facade renders, tiles, concrete, brick, bitumen, terracotta tiles, wood, slate, fibro-cement, or garden furniture. It can also be used on stone, metal cladding, and painted surfaces, provided that prior essential tests are conducted (not compatible with blue stones).

- Do not rinse (minimum 48h to 72h without rain after application).
