ThisBOSTIK P300 FOAM’N’FILL B3 - 500ml polyurethane foam is a single-component foam that allows you to fill cavities and pipe penetrations of all types in walls and floors to provide thermal and acoustic insulation. It is a product that offers excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, plaster, wood, metal, and many insulators such as expanded polystyrene (EPS and extruded (XPS)), rigid PU foam, and non-plasticised PVC.
Before application, dust the surfaces to be filled and moisten them with a humidifier, ensuring that the water is not running.
- Remove the cap and screw the nozzle onto the valve. Shake the aerosol vigorously before use (at least 20 times)
- Invert the aerosol, insert the nozzle into the cavity, fill half of the volume to be treated, and allow the foam to expand
- If the ambient humidity is not sufficient, lightly spray water on the surface to be applied.
- Joints with a width and depth greater than 4 cm should be filled in several applications to allow optimal expansion of each layer. (1 application = 1 cm of thickness deposited)
